What are your fees?

We believe our clients should always know upfront exactly what the expected costs are for our services.

For child or adolescent individual therapy, the fee is $175 per 50-minute session.

For in-office parenting support services, the fee is $175 per 50-minute session.

For in-home parenting support services, the fee is $225 per hour, with a minimum 1.5 hour session.

For psychological testing, the fee ranges from $3,500 to $5,500 depending on the extent of testing required to appropriately address concerns and provide recommendations. The total fee for a client is discussed in advance of any testing and is a flat fee that covers all expected work.

Do you accept health insurance?

Marimba does not accept health insurance, however your health insurance company may provide coverage for "out-of-network" treatment.

If your insurance company allows you to receive treatment out-of-network, you can submit receipts from treatment to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Before starting any form of therapeutic work, it is important to check with your provider to understand the coverage provided in your policy.

Do you accept credit cards?

Mastercard, Visa and Discover Card are accepted for payment, however please note that a nominal fee will be added for all payments made by credit card to cover processing fees incurred.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it is requested that you do so as soon as possible. Please call or email to arrange a new appointment time.

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy — you will be billed for missed appointments not cancelled at least 48-hours prior to the scheduled time.

At least two weeks notice must be given if you will miss more than one continuous session.
